How to Ensure the Durability of Temperature Profilers
Use high-temperature resistant accessories properly. Equip dedicated high-temperature brackets, heat insulation boxes and insulation cotton throughout operation to isolate high-temperature heat radiation and heat conduction inside the furnace, preventing aging of the main board, battery and shell caused by long-term high-temperature exposure. Select thermocouple wires with a matching temperature resistance grade to avoid melting, hardening and fracture of wires.
Standardize the loading and unloading process. Strictly control the furnace time and do not exceed the rated temperature resistance and time limit parameters of the equipment. Allow natural cooling after taking it out of the furnace. Avoid rapid cooling such as water spraying and strong wind blowing directly, so as to prevent shell cracking and internal circuit desoldering caused by sudden temperature changes of the device and components.
Carry out cleaning, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion maintenance. After each use, clean dust, oil stains, coating residues and welding impurities on the device, probes and gaps. Store in a dry and ventilated environment, and keep away from moisture, acid-base corrosion and oil fume erosion to prevent short circuit of the circuit board due to moisture and oxidation and rust of metal parts.
Operate correctly and avoid external damage. Handle the device with care during placement, transportation and access to the furnace to prevent extrusion, collision and dropping. Fix the instrument stably during testing to avoid bumping and probe bending damage caused by furnace air flow and equipment operation vibration. Do not disassemble the device or modify circuits without authorization.Conduct regular inspection and calibration. Regularly check the wear and looseness of thermocouples, plugs, wires, buttons and interfaces. Perform temperature calibration on a regular basis to ensure temperature measurement accuracy and reduce overload loss. Replace aging wires and damaged heat insulation accessories in a timely manner to prevent operation with faults.
Implement proper storage and daily maintenance. Power on the device regularly when it is not in long-term use to prevent battery loss and component moisture. Adopt original genuine accessories and heat insulation consumables instead of low-quality substitutes, reduce the failure probability under high-temperature working conditions, and extend the overall service life of the equipment.
